Sebelum memasuki artikel mengenai Bisnis Online Affiliate, saya ingin membahas sekali lagi tentang internet marketing. Bukannya apa-apa, karena bagaimana pun seorang pelaku Bisnis online harus memahami sebenarnya apa dan bagaimana Internet Marketing itu. Saya ga mau membahas lebih jauh mengenai internet marketing ini, karena memang sangat sensitif dan membutuhkan pemahaman yang bijak dan sebuah kedewasaan. Jika anda belum siap membaca sebuah kenyataan dan belum bersifat dewasa dalam menghadapi suatu kenyataan saya sarankan agar TIDAK MEMBUKA ARTIKEL INI lebih lanjut.

Namun jika anda siap membaca, saya harap agar membaca dengan teliti kata per kata dan kalimat per kalimat agar tidak salah pengertian.

Seperti yang pernah saya sebutkan pada artikel awal seri Fakta dan Mitos Bisnis Online, bahwa memang saat ini di Indonesia dunia internet marketing dan bisnis online telah mengalami sebuah cobaan yang tidak boleh dianggap sebelah mata. Ini terjadi karena ulah para Oknum Internet Marketer yang memasarkan produknya tidak memikirkan efek negatif dari apa yang mereka lakukan.

Melihat pasar negara kita dimana masyarakatnya cenderung ingin mendapatkan sesuatu dengan cara yang mudah dan cepat, para oknum internet marketer itu secara tidak sadar (atau sengaja??) justru telah merusak citra bisnis online itu sendiri, dengan memasarkan produknya di balik kemasan produk lain.

Dalam kehidupan nyata saya ingin mengambil 3 buah illustrasi yaitu sebagai berikut:

1. Seorang sales menjual Paket Ikan Busuk dengan promosi secara langsung.
2. Seorang sales menjual Paket ikan Busuk dengan promosi ikan segar.
3. Seorang sales menjual Ikan busuk di dalam Paket Ikan segar dengan promosi Ikan segar.

Pada kasus pertama tentunya gak akan ada yang mau membeli. Sedangkan di kasus kedua itu namanya penipuan. Sedangkan kasus ketiga, itulah yang saat ini dilakukan oleh para Oknum Internet Marketer di Indonesia. Walaupun Paket yang ditawarkan tidak segar-segar amat. :)

Saya mengambil contoh 3 buah paket Ebook yang ditawarkan oleh 3 situs yang terkenal dengan tawaran Mesin uangnya, Yakni: FormulaBisnxx.com, BikinDuxx.com dan UangPanxx.com, saya sensor biar ga menimbulkan kehebohan hahahaha.

Semua program di atas menawarkan program untuk mendapatkan uang yang banyak dalam waktu singkat dengan cara yang mudah. (Baca saja landing pagenya :) ). Namun pada kenyataannya, baik itu Sistem Mesin Uang Otomatis (SMUO) maupun Ebook yang mereka jual, tidak lebih dari kamuflase dari produk yang mereka tawarkan sebenarnya yakni: MLM (Multi Level Marketing).

Dengan membuat halaman landing page berisi testimoni para anggotanya yang sukses (saya justru menantang para yang memberi testimoni itu untuk mempublikasikan screenshot penerimaan mereka seperti yang mereka katakan :p), serta bukti screenshot penghasilan pemilik situs (saya harus katakan bahwa screenshot itu merupakan hasil penjualan ebook ataupun program tersebut, bukan hasil pendapatan mereka lewat bisnis online seperti yang mereka promosikan).

Ketika seseorang menjadi member, tentunya pasti akan kecewa dengan apa yang didapatkannya karena tidak sesuai dengan apa yang dibayangkan (itulah resiko menjadi orang yang ingin cepat kaya dengan cara mudah). Karena sebenarnya cara cepat untuk mendapatkan uang yang dipromosikan adalah dengan menjual produk itu kepada orang lain hehehehe…. sekarang sudah kebayang kan?

Yup Multi Level Marketing.. itulah sebenarnya produk yang dijual oleh ketiga situs di atas dan situs-situs lain yang menawarkan produk yang sama. Karena jika mereka langsung menawarkan program mendapatkan yang lewat Multi Level Marketing, pasti ga akan ada yang tertarik. Jadi dibuatlah sebuah Produk lain berupa Ebook dan Software sebagai PEMBUNGKUS MLM itu sendiri.
Lalu apakah ITU SALAH?

Hohoho sabar.. jangan emosi dulu…… Kalau saya justru mengatakan jawabannya adalah :
TERGANTUNG DI SISI MANA PEMBACA IKLAN DAN PEMBELI PRODUK TERSEBUT

Jika dilihat dari sisi Internet Marketing, cara di atas sama sekali TIDAK SALAH karena itu merupakan salah satu trik marketing.

Namun jika dilihat dari sisi orang awam yang tidak mengerti Internet Marketing, maka cara di atas BENAR-BENAR SALAH. Dan justru menganggap itu adalah penipuan.

Lalu sebenarnya apa isi Ebook Penghasil Duit yang ditawarkan di situs-situs sejenis di atas ? Walaupun tiap ebook yang dijual disajikan dalam bebagai kalimat namun saya justru melihat ebook-ebook itu justru saduran bebas dari ebook produk luar negeri. Dan adapun langkah-langkah untuk mencari duit yang tertera di dalam ebook itu bisa saya simpulkan memiliki beberapa persamaan yakni:

1. Member mendapatkan uang dengan menjadi reseller ebook mereka.
2. Member disuruh membuat ebook sendiri dan memasarkannya di internet.
3. Member diajak bermain FOREX.
4. Member diajak untuk bergabung di berbagai program affiliasi.

Simpel bukan ? Namun seperti yang saya katakan di atas bahwa kita tidak dapat mengatakan hal ini SALAH ataupun BENAR. Karena tergantung di sisi mana kita memandangnya.

Lalu mengapa saya mengatakan pemilik ketiga situs di atas dan situs-situs lain adalah Oknum Internet Marketer ?

Ada beberapa hal yang dapat saya catat mengapa saya mengatakan mereka merupakan Oknum yang justru merusak dunia bisnis internet maupun internet marketing di negara kita.

1. Mereka menawarkan program mendapatkan uang dengan screenshot penghasilan mereka dari MLM itu sendiri, jadi seharusnya MLM itu harus diikutsertakan dong dalam promosinya. Jika ingin benar-benar melakukan strategi MLM dengan menjual produk Ebook ataupun software maka BERIKANLAH BUKTI Screenshot pendapatan melalui apa yang dilakukan di Ebook itu. (Disinilah letak penipuan pertama).

2. Mereka menawarkan ebook yang justru menyuruh pembaca melakukan aktifitas PELANGGARAN. Misalkan di ebook yang dijual UangPanxx.com, di situ diajarkan untuk memanipulasi data agar dapat diterima di ClickBank. (walau sebenarnya hal ini sah-sah saja dan sudah banyak yang menggunakannya namun hal-hal kecil seperti inilah yang menyebabkan nama Internet Marketer Indonesia di dunia Internasional menjadi rusak). Sebenarnya selain cara tersebut masih ada cara lain (yang sudah saya jalankan selama ini), walaupun susah dan penuh resiko namun saya lebih memilih mencari partner di luar negeri yang menjadi “Pemilik Usaha” sehingga bisa mendaftar di Clickbank, ya kesannya di balik layar gitu. Emang bisa ? Ya bisa saja, selama partner kita adalah orang yang memang benar-benar kita percaya karena ini menyangkut soal uang. Ruginya, ya karena orang di balik layar ya ga keliatan wkwkwkwk. Cara yang lebih terhormat bukan ?

3. Adapun SMUO yang mereka tiawarkan adalah tidak lebih dari Script Website Menjual Produk lewat Multi Level Marketing secara online. Para Oknum Internet Marketing yang menawarkan produk ini secara sengaja menyembunyikan istilah MLM itu sendiri padahal mereka sendiri sadar bahwa MLM di negara kita begitu dipermasalahkan karena telah banyak yang menjadi korban para downline terbawah.

4. Beberapa situs sejenis mencatut nama-nama orang besar (bahkan disertai foto) sebagai penarik pengunjung untuk bergabung, padahal mereka sama sekali tidak menjadi anggota (bahkan mungkin tidak tahu). Apa ini bukan penipuan ? Seperti kasus yang terjadi akhir-akhir ini seorang sahabat saya blogger pengelola Ekonurhuda.com yang nama dan blognya tercantum sebagai member di Uangpanxx.com. Ketika Ecko protes, justru beliau ditawarkan jalan damai dengan memberi keanggotaan gratis. (Untuk diketahui bahwa Ecko hanyalah reseler di situs itu, bukan anggota terdaftar).

5. Harga-harga bonus yang mereka tampilkan lewat situs mereka sama sekali tidak beralasan, karena sebagian besar bonus-bonus itu adalah Gratis. Trik ini mungkin tidak salah jika bonus-bonus tersebut tidak diembel-embeli dengan harga yang ga masuk akal.

Mungkin cukup 5 hal itu yang ingin saya bagikan di sini, karena saya memang sama sekali ga berniat untuk “menghancurkan” ketiga pemilik situs di atas. Saya hanya ingin agar mereka LEBIH BIJAK lagi dalam memasarkan produknya, sehingga tidak menimbulkan efek negatif bagi dunia internet marketing itu sendiri.

Saya mencatat program Cosaaranda.biz memiliki sistem promosi yang lebih BIJAK dan masuk akal lewat halaman utamanya walaupun produk yang ditawarkan mungkin sebagian hampir sama namun iklannya tetap menarik walau tidak harus dengan kalimat yang menjual mimpi.

Bagaimana dengan internet marketing yang sesungguhnya ingin menjual produknya yang memang benar-benar produk berguna dan sesuai dengan apa yang ditawarkannya ? Saya sangat prihatin, karena dengan kasus-kasus di atas justru mereka harus berjuang lebih keras lagi dalam memasarkan produknya. Untuk menghargai mereka maka saya menyebut saja beberapa Blogger sekaligus Internet Marketing berikut ini, minimal untuk menyemangati mereka agar terus berjuang dan berkarya di dunia internet marketing dan bisnis online di kemudian hari.

Maaf jika masih ada nama-nama lain yang belum saya sebutkan, namun pada intinya sekarang kita telah mengetahui sebenarnya ada apa di balik program penghasil uang di internet yang ditawarkan melalui landing page dengan kalimat-kalimat yang fantastis. Semua kembali pada diri kita masing-masing, apakah menganggapnya BENAR atau SALAH. Namun minimal dengan membaca artikel ini, kita bisa menghindari diri dari membeli produk Ikan busuk yang dicampur di dalam paket ikan segar.

Selanjutnya saya akan membahas tentang bisnis Affiliasi dan Referal, yang tentunya dengan harapan dalam seminggu hingga 2 minggu mendatang, teman-teman yang membaca artikel seri Fakta dan Mitos Bisnis Online bisa mendapatkan uang dari internet. Ya walaupun ga langsung mendapatkan ratusan dollar dalam waktu singkat, tapi minimal pada awal, teman-teman pembaca bisa mendapatkan belasan hingga puluhan dollar dalam waktu sebulan. Selanjutnya dengan meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kemampuan, ratusan dollar atau ribuan dollar sebulan bukanlah hal yang mustahil. You can reach this area by a car Around 125 Km from Juanda Intrnational Airport (Surabaya). And there are four main gates to enter to this national park area that is: Cemorolawang village if through via Probolinggo traffic lane, Wonokitri village through via Pasuruan traffic lane, Ngadas village through via Malang traffic lane and Burno village through via Lumajang traffic lane.

Various hotels and lodging can be found in the Bromo-Semeru National Park district, from the cottage till four star hotels can be made the choice to stay in the Bromo with low price.

And you can wander around in the area National Park with rented of the vehicle jeep type 4x4. Or if you want to wander around only at sand sea of Bromo, you can ride on horseback, which many available for rent in there.

Suggestion
The best season for visits around June till October and December till January.

Borobudur Temple ("Candi Borobudur" in Indonesian) is Indonesia's single most visited tourist attraction. It also had been acclaimed by the world as a cultural heritage main kind. The architectural style has no equal through out the world. It was completed centuries before Angkor Wat in Kamboja. Borobudur Temple is the temple monument comprises six square platforms topped by three circular platforms, and is decorated with 2,672 relief panels and 504 Buddha statues. A main dome, located at the center of the top platform, is surrounded by 72 Buddha statues seated inside perforated stupa and one of the world wonders and the biggest Buddhist temple in the ninth century Mahayana Buddhist monument measuring 123 x 123 meters.

Borobudur Temple is one of the greatest Buddhist monuments and one of the most magnificent Buddhist shrines in the world was built at the end of the 9th century by the Hindu kings of the Sailendra dynasty between 750 and 842 AD; 300 years before Cambodia’s Angkor Wat, 400 years before work had begun on the great European cathedrals. Little is known about its early history except that a huge tropical heat to shift and carve the 60,000 Cu m of stone. Sir Thomas Stamford Raffles revealed Borobudur Temple in 1814.

Borobudur has since been preserved through several restorations. The largest restoration project was undertaken between 1975 and 1982 by the Indonesian government and UNESCO, following which the monument was listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Borobudur is still used for pilgrimage; once a year Buddhists in Indonesia celebrate Vesak at the monument.

Danau Toba

Lake Toba (Indonesian: Danau Toba) is a lake and supervolcano, 100 kilometres long and 30 kilometres wide, and 505 metres (1,666 ft) at its deepest point. Located in the middle of the northern part of the Indonesian island of Sumatra with a surface elevation of about 900 m (3,000 ft), the lake stretches from [show location on an interactive map] 2°53'N 98°31'E? / ?2.88, 98.52 to [show location on an interactive map] 2°21'N 99°06'E? / ?2.35, 99.1. It is the largest volcanic lake in the world. The lake formed as a result of the eruption of Mount Toba, this is one of the largest eruption in the world of throughout history.

Lake Toba is located in North Sumatra province, Indonesia and has long time to important tourist destinations in North Sumatra beside to Bukit Lawang and Nias to attract domestic and foreign tourists. Parapat is a town at the edge of the lake, it is the entrance to Lake Toba, a distance of some 180 kilometers from Medan, and about 60 kilometers from Pematang Siantar.

In the middle of the lake, there is an vulkanik island name is Samosir Island and you can go to there by ferry-boat and you can stay in the cottage with Batak style and experience life as Batak people. Traditional houses made of wood will certainly complement the experience of your vacation. There are some good places to tour visited in this island such as the waterfall in Simanindo hill, hot water bathing at Pangururan city, Tuktuk Siadong, etc. Or around the island with rented motorcycles.

Also you can look the Lake Toba from the hill of Simanindo, with the quiet water, and there is pasture with buffalo, the rice fields and the village with traditional Batak houses.
This island is very beautiful and quiet. The atmosphere is suitable for a holiday and honeymooners.

How to getting there?
Go to Medan you can use the aircraft, many airlines that offer to the destination city of Medan. Meanwhile, from Medan to Lake Toba you can rent a car or chartered a bus or taxi.

Bunaken National Marine Park

Bunaken National Park is representative of the ecosystem of a tropical forest ecosystem of mangroves, coral reef, and land/coastal ecosystems. It is located at North Sulawesi about 15 km from Manado city with a friendly people.
The waters of Bunaken Marine are extremely deep (1566 m in Manado Bay), clear (up to 35-40 m visibility), refreshing in temperature (27-29 C) and harbor some of the highest levels of biodiversity in the world. Pick any of group of interest - corals, fish, echinoderms or sponges - and the number of families, genera or species is bound to be astonishingly high. Has recorded 13 genera of living coral and approximately 91 species of fish found in the waters of Bunaken National Park, such as fish of gusumi horse (Hippocampus kuda), white oci (Seriola rivoliana), lolosi yellow tail (Lutjanus kasmira), goropa (Ephinephelus spilotoceps and Pseudanthias hypselosoma), ila gasi (Scolopsis bilineatus) , and others. Type moluska like giant kima (Tridacna gigas), the goat (Cassis cornuta), hollow nautilus (Nautilus pompillius), and tunikates/ascidian. The park has around 70 genera of corals; compare this to a mere 10 in Hawaii. Although the exact number of fish species is unknown, it may be slightly higher than in the Philippines, where 2,500 species, or nearly 70% of all fish species known to the Indo-western Pacific, are found.

The beautiful of Bunaken marine has identified at many years ago by the divers, but the Indonesian government just announce officially in October 1991 as National Marine Parks Tourism and Conservation areas in Indonesia. In the North Bunaken National Park consists of Bunaken island, Manado Tua island, Montehage island, Siladen island, Nain island, Nain Small island, and some of Tanjung Pisok coastal areas. While in the South include some Tanjung Kelapa coastal.

The tourists can dive down to see the beautiful of Bunaken bottom sea. Dives location are limited in each of beaches, more or less any 20 point dive (Dive spot) and 12 point of them in the vicinity of Bunaken Island is often visited by divers and bottom sea beauty lovers. On the island there is underwater great walls, also called the hanging walls or walls of a giant coral with vertical standing and vaulted to the top. coral wall is also a source of food for fish in the waters around Bunaken Island.

How to reach the location:
Bunaken National Park can be achieved through from Manado port, Marina Nusantara Diving Center (NDC) in the Molas subdistrict and Marina Blue Banter. From Manado port to the Siladen island need around 20 minutes by motor boat, to Bunaken Island around 30 minutes, to Montehage island around 50 minutes and to Nain island around 60 minutes. From Marina Blue Banter to the Bunaken island tourist area will need within 10-15 minutes by yacht, meanwhile from NDC port will need around 20 minutes to the dives location in Bunaken island by speed boat.

Best season visit: May till in August each of year. Don't miss it.

Tangkuban Perahu Mountain

Tangkuban Perahu, or Tangkuban Parahu in local Sundanese dialect mean boat capsize in english. Tangkuban Perahu mountain, is one of the volcanoes are located in West Java, the located name is Lembang, about 30 km north of the city of Bandung with the altitude of 2,084 meter above sea level with lush pine trees and spread of tea gardens in the area. The shape of the mountain is maar or shield that has burst 400 years ago. Local Legend of the Tangkuban Perahu Mountain:
The name translates roughly to "upturning of (a) boat" or "upturned boat" in Sundanese, referring to the local legend of its creation. The story tells of "Dayang Sumbi", a beauty who lived in West Java. She cast away her son "Sangkuriang" for disobedience, and in her sadness was granted the power of eternal youth by the gods. After many years in exile, Sangkuriang decided to return to his home, long after the two had forgotten and failed to recognize each other. Sangkuriang fell in love with Dayang Sumbi and planned to marry her, only for Dayang Sumbi to recognize his birthmark just as he was about to go hunting. In order to prevent the marriage from taking place, Dayang Sumbi asked Sangkuriang to (1) build a dam on the river Citarum and (2) build a large boat to cross the river, both before the sunrise. Sangkuriang meditated and summoned mythical ogre-like creatures -buta hejo or green giant(s)- to do his bidding. Dayang Sumbi saw that the tasks were almost completed and called on her workers to spread red silk cloths east of the city, to give the impression of impending sunrise. Sangkuriang was fooled, and upon believing that he had failed, kicked the dam and the unfinished boat, resulting in severe flooding and the creation of Tangkuban perahu from the hull of the boat.
